Qadence is a done-for-you QA test automation platform that combines an agentic scripting engine with senior QA engineers to deliver validated Playwright test scripts for our customers. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit qadence.ai, sign up for a trial, or use the Qadence platform, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use qadence.ai or the Qadence platform.

• Account and contact information: name, work email, company name, job title, and phone number when you request a demo, start a free trial, or create an account.
• Billing information: billing address and payment details, processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
• Test assets and application data: application URLs, requirements documents, user flows, credentials for staging and test environments, and other materials you provide so our engine and QA engineers can generate and validate Playwright test scripts.
• Communications: messages you send us via email, chat, contact forms, or during onboarding and support calls.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, referring URLs, and interactions with the platform and dashboard.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

2.3 Information from third parties

• Data from CI/CD and development tools you connect (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to enable test execution and reporting.
• Information from partners or resellers who refer you to Qadence, where permitted.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Qadence platform, including generating and validating Playwright test scripts.
• Process trials, orders, and payments, and manage your account.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
• Improve and develop our agentic scripting engine, platform features, and QA validation workflows.
• Send marketing communications about Qadence, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.
• Monitor for, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: hosting, analytics, payment processing, and CI/CD integration providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Qadence QA engineers: the senior engineers who review and validate generated test scripts as part of service delivery.
• Professional advisors: lawyers, auditors, and consultants where necessary.
• Legal and safety purposes: where required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Qadence, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality terms.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access to customer test assets and credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information and test assets for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Test scripts you own remain yours per our full script ownership policy; you may request deletion of your account data and associated test assets subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

• EEA/UK users (GDPR): you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Qadence does not sell personal information).
• Other jurisdictions: we honor applicable local privacy rights to the extent required by law.

Qadence is a B2B service intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
